Information we process
If you email us, we receive your email address, the name you provide, your message and any attachments. Providing these details is voluntary, but we need a reply address and enough information to respond. Please do not send sensitive information that is unrelated to your enquiry.
Delivering and protecting the website involves technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, browser details and security events. Our hosting and network providers may process this information in operational logs. The public website does not run advertising trackers, behavioural analytics or session replay.
Why we process information
We use enquiries to respond to you and take requested pre-contractual steps (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). General correspondence and website security rely on our legitimate interests in communicating and operating a reliable website (Article 6(1)(f)). Legal obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c). Browsing is not consent to marketing.
How long we keep information
Enquiries are retained while handling the request and any resulting relationship. Afterwards, only information needed for applicable legal obligations or claims is retained, with access restricted where required. Technical records are kept according to their operational and security purpose and the relevant provider settings. You can ask us about the retention applicable to your information.
Service providers and disclosures
Hosting, network-security and email providers process information needed to deliver those services. The public website uses Vercel for hosting and Cloudflare for network delivery. Information may also be disclosed to competent authorities when legally required. We do not sell website visitors’ personal data.
International processing
Service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, are required. Contact us for details of the safeguards applicable to your information and how to obtain a copy.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing. You may withdraw any consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects through automated processing of website visitors.
